Angel Home

A man inspired by a tiny newspaper article, creates a story that tugs the heartstrings of people.

"Angel Home" is set at a group home named"Himawari Sou"(Sunflower Cottage), where Uyan (Takayuki Takuma) and people whose intelligence is stuck at the level of kindergartners are living together in harmony. The staff members who take care of them live in the cottage as well as the manga artist, Aijou Ippon (Naoto Takenaka) and his daughter Mako (Shihori Kanjiya). Mako is just like Uyan and the others. The Sunflower Cottage has been a place of desolation but Mako who is new to this group home makes everyone a bit excited. Soon faint feelings of love have sprouted between Uyan and Mako. The feelings are new and strange for both. Her father Ippon isn't quite sure whether he should let Mako explore her feelings for Uyan further "Himawari center" U-yan.
